Returns & Refunds
At ALLSPORTECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure you have a smooth experience.
1. Return Timeframe: You may return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact).
2. Return Conditions:
All returned products must be in new, unused condition. They must still have the original packaging intact including tags on shoes and plastic wrap on a racket.
Footwear and apparel must not show any signs of wear or use.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned together.
3. How to Return:
Step 1: Contact us at info@ast-rackets.com or call 07823 340825 to initiate a return request.
Step 2: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, along with the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Step 3: Ship or drop off your return to our returns address: 169a King Street. Norwich, NR1 1QH
4. Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product or size), we will cover the return shipping costs by supplying a shipping label. We cannot reimburse for shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you prefer an exchange, please let us know in your return request, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred size or item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Customized or personalized items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Services (e.g. Racket Stringing or Regrips)
7. Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@ast-rackets.com or call 07823 340825, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Any rackets damaged after use will only be eligible for a replacement/refund at the manufacturer’s discretion. If this occurs, please provide photos of the damage and a description of how the damage occurred and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. In this situation the evidence will be considered to determine whether the product is damaged because of a manufacturer defect or any of the following; misuse, abuse, improper stringing or excessive wear.
8. International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the country, please contact us first for instructions. International returns may be subject to additional shipping costs and customs fees.
